Washington, DC (August 31, 2022) – DBT-DATA announced today the purchase of 93 acres in the New Albany International Business Park in New Albany, Ohio. As a leader in the development of mission critical facilities, DBT-DATA intends to construct up to one million square feet of power shell facilities, which are completed buildings equipped with all necessary power and connectivity that can be customized to meet the needs of a single or multiple customers. This will be the company’s first project in the state of Ohio.

Crediting the existing infrastructure in the business park, including 300 megawatt redundant power, triple feed electric capabilities and robust fiber optic networks, DBT-DATA had its eye on a New Albany location for some time.

The 93+ acre site is bordered by Clover Valley Road, Jug Street and Mink Street.
