The Piqua I-75 Business and Technology Park

Located 20 minutes north of Dayton, just ½ mile from the nearest I-75 interchange, The Piqua Business and Technology Park consists of more than 1,000 acres of prime industrial property in a region robust with heavy infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and research and development.

Wetlands delineation and jurisdictional determination has been completed. NACO is responsible for wetland permitting and mitigation costs.
